Pacina is an organic estate located in Castelnuovo Berardenga in Siena province in the Chianti Classico DOCG region of Tuscany. Red wines are made under the Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG. There is also a Vin Santo del Chianti DOC. The buildings include a converted 11th century monasteryTuscany.

Toscana Bianco IGT: Between 300-1,000 bottles. Long skin contact (orange wine style).

Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG: 2003 97% Sangiovese, 3% Canaiolo/Ciliegiolo. Natural ferments in concrete tanks. Aged in tonneaux and wooden vats for 12 months. 30,000 bottles.
