Nicolas Joly is a French winegrower whose estate in the Loire valley region of France is called Coulée de Serrant. Joly is a leading figure in the Biodynamic wine movement, and created the Renaissance des Appellations (‘rebirth of terroir’) group of Biodynamic wine-growers.
