Nicola Marzovilla is a creative entrepreneur and restaurateur. He was born in Puglia where he lived until he was 11. Nicola’s career on the New York dining scene began with his first restaurant Tempo in 1987, followed by ‘I Trulli’ and its ‘Enoteca’, and New York’s first all Italian wine shop ‘Vino’. He is a co-owner of the Vecchie Terre di Montefili estate in Greve-in-Chianti in the Chianti Classico DOCG region of Italy.
