Muscat de Mireval AOC is a vin doux naturel from the Languedoc region on France’s Mediterranean coast. It is made from 100% Muscat à Petits Grains.

Communes: Mireval. | Vic-la-Gardiole.

Terroir: The production zone extends between Sète and Montpellier, on the southern slope of the Massif de la Gardiole and the Étang de Vic on alluvial limestone gravel of Jurassic origin (Guide Hachette des Vins 2004, p.1092).

Winemaking: Wines must have a minimum 125g residual sugar per litre alcohol after mutage, the addition of grape spirit.
