Minervois La Livinière AOC dates from the 1999 vintage and is a red wine made from 60-100% Syrah, Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre with a minimum of 40% of Syrah or Mourvèdre) plus 0-40% Carignan and/or Cinsault. Permitted auxiliary grapes: Carignan, Cinsault, Terret, Picpoul, or Aspiran.
