CANTINE LUCIANI is an estate winery in Montalcino in Tuscany, Italy. Its main wines are Rosso di Montalcino DOC and Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. 

OWNER/ Francesco Luciani. The estate bottled its first Brunello in 1990.

VINEYARDS / The estate is located 1.5km from the town of Montalcino, on Montalcino’s sloping north-eastern slopes. There are 50ha of land. The vines are surrounded by woodland. Altitude of 350 metres. Soils are stoney limestone. Vnie density of 3,000 to 4,200 vines per hectare.

RED WINES

ROSSO DI MONTALCINO DOCG, LUCIANI / 2003 Hand picked. Fermented in stainless steel. Ageing in Slavonian botti. Nice wine, clean, clear, black fruit, bit fizzy at Benvenuto Brunello 18 Feb 2005.
