Lodola Nuova is located in Frazione Valiano in Montepulciano, Tuscany. Montepulciano Rosso DOC and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG red wines are made.

Owner: Tenimenti RuffinoRuffino since 1988, a move which sparked other outsiders to invest in Montepulciano.

The estate: The estate includes a villa built in red bricks typical of the area which, located on the top of the hill, dominates the surrounding vineyards.

Estate vineyards: After Ruffino was sold to Constellation in 2011 the Lodala Nuova vineyards in Vino Nobile were sold to Avignonesi, but the Lodola Nuova brand remained with Constellation. Lodola Nuova also owns the poderi Il Greppo in Valiano, Matracchio Le Badiole and La Pietraia in this area, all of which comprises 90ha.

Winery: New one built in the early 2000s.
