La Veneranda is a winemaking estate in the Montefalco region of Umbria. It has been making wine there since 1568.

Montefalco Rosso DOC: 2016 14%. 20,000 bottles. Made by Massimo Batolini (trained with Riccardo Cotarella). Youthful, chunky, sweet fruit inside (2019 Anteprima).

Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG: 2015 16% alc. 11,000 bottles.

Montefalco Sagrantino Passito DOCG: 100% Sagrantino.

Riccardo I: 60% Sangiovese, 35% Merlot, 5% Sagrantino.
