Gladstone is a sub-region of Wairarapa on the north island of New Zealand, just south of the district’s largest town, Masterton, and with a slightly cooler climate.
Terroir: Free-draining river terraces. Clay amongst the stony silt loams suits the predominant Pinot Noir.
Wines: Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and aromatic varieties.
