Giuseppe Gorelli is an oenologist and consultant based in Montalcino. In 2017 he created a new company there.

Vineyards: 100% Sangiovese. On the north-west side of the Montalcino hill. Initially 4ha (not sure if owned or rented) plus another 2.3 hectares he planted (check). The soil is between clayey and medium-textured.
Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentations. Most of the grapes are fermented in 50-hectolitre wooden vats orbarrels. Aging takes place in medium to large capacity oak barrels and vats(16/35 hl.).
