White wines

Colline Lucchesi DOC Bianco: Trebbiano, Malvasia, Vermentino and other varieties.

Colline Lucchesi DOC Vermentino:

Red wines

Colline Lucchesi Rosso: 2003 Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. Not bad, some nice fruit, some texture too, but extracted and green at the finish but not a blockbuster, decent average plus at Argiano on Easter Monday 28th March 2005.

Colline Lucchesi Rosso, San Gennaro: From a south facing vineyard says the back label, just below the medieval village of San Gennaro. | 2002 70% Sangiovese, 30% Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. Hand picked. 12-14 months in oak. Decent, bit grubby and green, but not a bad effort, well chaptalised at least, just lacking a bit of texture and clarity but some decent berry fruit, but simple, but the oak is well-utilised at Argiano on Easter Monday 28th March 2005.

Toscana Rosso, I Pampini: 7,000-8,000 bottles usually. 2001 90% Sangiovese, 10% Teroldego (1970s). Fermented and aged in French barriques. Bit oaky and short, but not bad, also a bit green too, shame as some nice fruit flavour, but still probably above average and some typicity in all his wines I feel at Argiano on Easter Monday 28th March 2005.
