Emilio Lustau is a conventional winery in the Sherry region of Spain. It was founded in 1896 as an alcamista. From 1950 the company started shipping its own sherries and three decades later it was shipping wines from other alcamistas. Uniquely it produces wines from all three areas of the sherry region–Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto du Santa Maria and Sanlucar de Barrameda.

Wineries: The main one in Jerez dates from the 19th century and has six cellars for ageing. One of these, the Sacristia cellar holds a solera dating from the 1920s.

Oloroso VORS: VORS signifies a wine with an average of 30 years or more.

Pedro Ximenéz 20 Years Old VOS: From Las Cruces, a vineyard near the coast. Sandy soils in the Jerez Superior. Pedro Ximenéz is generally not a keeper being aged for this length of time is unusual.
