The Drôme river in southeastern France is a left tributary of the Rhône which it joins near Loriol-sur-Drôme, a few miles below Valence, between Valence and Montélimar. It is 110.6 km long, and has a watershed of 1,663 km². Its source is in the western foothills of the Alps, near the village Valdrôme.
