Domaine U Stiliccionu is a Biodynamic estate winery in the Ajaccio AOC region in the south-western part of the French island of Corsica. 

Owner: Sébastien Poly.

Biodynamic certification: 2017 By both Demeter France and the SIVCBD (‘Biodyvin’).

Vineyards: 7ha of Vermentino, Sciaccarello, and Nielluccio.

White wines

Vermentino, Emy Lidia: 100% Vermentino. Named after Sebastien’s daughter. Unoaked.

Red wines

Antica: 100% Sciaccarello on granite. Made for everyday drinking.

Damian: 100% Sciaccarello on granite. Named after the owner’s son.

Kalliste: The Greek name for Corsica. Mainly Sciaccarello, plus Nielluccio. Oak aged.

Sottu Scala: 100% Sciaccarello. From the ripest, most concentrated grapes. The flagship wine, for keeping ‘under the stairs’ or ‘sotto la scala’ in Italian.

A Vinoteca Carcaghjolo: From Carcajolo Nera, a native Corsican grape variety.
