Domaine Huët is a Biodynamic estate winery in the Vouvray AOC in Touraine in France’s Loire Valley. In 1971 Noël Pinguet started working at Domaine Huët and from 1976 he took over running the domaine. He was the son of the local butcher, and married the daughter of Gaston Huët (then mayor of Vouvray). His last vintage here was 2011. Noël was amongst the first wine estates in France to adopt biodynamics.
Owner: Anthony Hwang and other family members Sarah and Stefan Hwang. Anthony Hwang also owns the Kiralyudvar estate in the Tokaji region of Hungary.

Vineyards: 35ha across three properties called Le Haut-Lieu, Le Mont and Le Clos.
Certification: 2016 Demeter certified Biodynamic.
