Domaine David Sautereau is located in Crézancy in the Sancerre region in the Loire Valley, France. It comprises what were the domains David Sautereau and Sautereau. They are now managed by David Sautereau, the 10th generation of producers here. David studied wine in Burgundy and Champagne and gained work experience in SSwitzerland, USA and Australia). He made his first harvest in 1997 and worked closely with his parents. Wines are made under the Sancerre AOC.

Vineyards: 22 hectares. Two-thirds are Sauvignon blanc in the communes of Crézancy and Bué for the white Sancerre and one third is Pinot Noir on the communes of Crézancy, Bué and Sancerre for the red and rosé Sancerre.
