Coordinamento Toscano Produttori Biologici (CTPB) | The Tuscan Organic Producers Association was founded in 1983 in Florence, Italy. Founder members included Fattoria La Vialla. The CTPB had its own organic production standards. After Italy adopted what became the European Union’s rules for organic farming (Reg. CEE 2092/91) in 1992 the CTPB did not seek to become accredited as an officially recognised organic certification body.
