Colline Teramane DOC was a DOC for a dry red made from from Montepulciano (minimum 90%) and Sangiovese (maximum 10%) made in the Abruzzo region of Italy. There was also a Riserva category for it. In 2003 Italy’s national Wine Committee allowed the Colline Teramane DOC to become a DOCG from the 2003 harvest. See here.
