Varietal wines: These are made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Moscato Bianco (Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains), Pinello, Pinot Blanc, Serprina (Glera) and Tocai Italico.

Colli Euganei DOC Bianco: The white is blended from Garganega, Tocai Friulano, and Serprina, with small amounts of Pinot Blanc, Riesling Italico, Chardonnay and Pinello.
Colli Euganei Rosso DOC:The red is about two-thirds Merlot and Cabernet Franc with Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera and Raboso Veronese. Rosso Novello is made from Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Raboso Veronese.
Sweet wines: Sweet wines include recioto and the local speciality, the Colli Euganei DOC Fior d’Arancio DOCG, a still, sparkling or passito wine made from Moscato Giallo.
