Château Villars is an estate in the commune of Saillans on the right bank of the Bordeaux region. It produces red wines under the Fronsac AOC. Château Villars is the top label. Secondary wines are bottled under the Château Moulin Haut Villars or Château Malvat names.

Owner: Jean-Claude Gaudrie and his son Thierry Gaudrie.

Vineyards: On the ‘plateau calcaire and côte above the Isle valley,’ (David Peppercorn MW (1991, p.569). The Moulin-Haut-Villars vineyard adjoins parts of the Château Villars estate on the plateau calcaire, west of Saillans,’ (David Peppercorn MW (1991, p.565).
