Château Puy Guilhem is an estate winery in Saillans in the Fronsadais on the right bank of the Bordeaux region. Red wines are made under the Fronsac AOC. The second wine is Château Puy Saint Vincent.

Owner: Janine Mothes. In the same family since the 18th-century.

Vineyards: 10ha. The vineyard lies above the village of Saillans, ‘on the limestone plateau and côte overlooking the valley of the Isle,’ (David Peppercorn MW (1991, p.566).
