Château Pichon-Baron is an estate in Pauillac on the left bank of the Bordeaux region. It produces red wine under the Pauillac AOC. The estate was formerly called Château Pichon-Longueville (until 2012).

Classification: 1855 Second growth.

Owner: AXA Millésimes since 1987 when Jean-Michel Cazes of Château Lynch-Bages took over as temporary manager. Christian Seely was also involved. From 1988 the château building was renovated following a collaboration with Franco-American architects. At the time Pichon-Baron was qualitatively some way behind Château Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande.
