Château Grand Puy Lacoste is an estate in northern Pauillac on the left bank of the Bordeaux region. It produces red wine under the Pauillac AOC. The oldest buildings date to 1750. It was sold in 1978 by gastronome Raymond Dupin to Jean-Eugène Borie (of Château Ducru-Beaucaillou, Château Haut-Batailley and other estates).
Owner: Now run by Xavier Borie, Jean-Eugène Borie’s son.
Classification: 1855 Fifth growth.
Vineyards: Adjacent to but inland from from the Plateau de Bages.
