Château Dillon is a winery in the commune of Blanquefort in the Haut-Médoc district on the Bordeaux region’s left bank. The château hosts training and preparation for students in the agro-viticulture college of Bordeaux-Blanquefort. It has been a producing wine in the Haut-Médoc AOC since 1932.
