Château Beau-Rivage is an organic estate on the left bank of the Bordeaux region, just north of the city of Bordeaux, near the bank of the Gironde estuary.
Owner: EARL Vignobles Christine Nadalié since 1995. Christine Nadalié also owns the Clos La Bohème esate in nearby Ludon-Médoc. Her family owns the eponymously-named barrel-making business in Blanquefort which is also nearby.

Vineyards: 2015 7ha of vines in a single block in the township of Macau near enough to the Gironde estuary to be on the palus. This means the vines qualify only for the Bordeaux Supérieur Rouge AOC rather than Médoc AOC. 60% Merlot, 15% Petit Verdot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Malbec and 3% Cabernet Franc. 6,600 vines/ha.
Certification: 2011 First vintage with full organic certification.

Bordeaux Supérieur AOC, Château Beau-Rivage: 2012 60% Merlot, 20% PV, 10% Cab Sauv, 5% each Malbec, Cab Franc. Fermented in cement, steel & wooden vats. A standard everyday red (Millésime Bio Jan 2016).
Bordeaux Supérieur AOC, Raphaël: 2004 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. 16 months in barrel.
Bordeaux Supérieur AOC, Le Phare: A prestige cuvée. 2002 80% Merlot, 15% Petit Verdot, 5% Malbec. 4,812 bottles.
