Cantina Tuscania is a winery in Barberino Tavarnelle in the Chianti Classico DOCG region of Tuscany. It was created in 2015 when the then Tuscania Consortium, a research and experimentation centre on Sangiovese, was purchased by Parsec, a company in nearby Florence. Parsec uses Cantina Tuscania as its centre for research and development. The main activity of Cantina Tuscania is winemaking, with its own wines (since 2016) but also for third parties (custom crush). To date Cantina Tuscania has a huge range of tanks, vats and barrels, tanks for winemaking and micro-vinification and a enochemical laboratory for analysis.
