Bibi Graetz is an Italian born producer in Fiesole, near Florence (‘Firenze’) in Tuscany. He made his first wines in the late 1990s from 2.5ha of his family’s vines at Castello di Vincigliata, a castle in Fiesole, and another rented plot of not quite one hectare and works only with native grapes. He is effectively self-taught although Alberto Antonini was consulting here at some stage. The wines are made from estate vineyards and purchased grapes from vineyards managed according to Bibi’s instructions. Bibi Graetz released his first wines in 2000.

Estate vineyards: In Fiesole.
