Antico Colle is an estate winery in the Montepulciano region of Tuscany. The winery is located in the eastern side of the denomination, but the vineyards are in various other locations. It was founded in 1988 by Andrea Frangiosa. Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, Rosso di Montepulciano DOC and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG reds are made.

Vineyards: 20 hectares (49 acres) of vines in total, of which 5 hectares (12.35 acres) for Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG and 5 hectares for Rosso di Montepulciano DOC. Also 10 hectares (24.7 acres) for Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG. The grape varieties comprise Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay, Mammolo, and Canaiolo Nero.
Terroir: 300-400 metres (984-1,312 feet). Soils are clay, sand, tuffaceous.
Red wines
Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG:
Rosso di Montepulciano DOC: 2012 90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot. Decent weight if somewhat stewed (hot vintage) at the Anteprima 2014.
Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG: 2011 100% Sangiovese. Ferments in stainless steel. 28-30ºC. Aged 20 months in Slavonian botti. | 2015 Polished oak and citric, blood-lemon red fruit (Anteprima 2018).
Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Riserva, Il Saggio: 2013 Bit stinky, sour fruit, drying out (Anteprima 2018), sour fruit (Anteprima 2020).
