Antica Fattoria Machiavelli is an estate in Località Sant’Andrea in Percussina in San Casciano in Val di Pesa the the province of Florence (‘Firenze’) in Tuscany. It makes red wine under the Chianti Classico DOCG. As its name suggests, it was once the residence of Niccolò di Bernardo dei Machiavelli when he was exiled from Florence. The estate was owned for centuries by the noble Serristori family. From the vineyards are visible the dome of Brunelleschi’s Santa Maria del Fiore, and the hill of Fiesole.
Owner: Gruppo Italianai Vini.
