Anjou Mousseux Rosé AOC is a traditional method pink sparkling wine. It is made from a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay, Grolleau, Malbec and Pineau d’Aunis grown in 150 communes in the Anjou region of the Loire Valley, France. It comes in both semi-sparkling (‘pétillant’) and fully-sparkling (‘mousseux’) styles. Sweetness levels range from Brut to Demi-Sec. The white version is Anjou Mousseux Blanc AOC.
