Anjou Mousseux Blanc AOC is a sparkling white wine version of Anjou AOC made from 60-100% Chenin Blanc plus an optional 0-40% Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc. The wine comes in both slightly (‘pétillant’) and semi-sparkling (‘mousseux’) styles. It can be produced in 150 communes in the Anjou region of the Loire Valley, France.
