Alto Adige DOC Müller-Thurgau, white wine from Alto Adige in northern Italy (see Alto Adige DOC) made from a minimum 85% Muller Thurgau. It can be made as a ‘passito’ or ‘vendemmia tardiva’ or ‘riserva’. Found primarily in the Isarco Valley (see Valle Isarco DOC), Bassa Atesina and Oltradige. At between 550-1,000 metres (1,800 and 3,300 feet) above sea level, preferably on gravel soils.
