Alpes-de-Haute-Provence IGP dates from 1985 and comes from the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department in the upper Durance valley near Manosque (Clive Coates MW: 1990, p.291).

Wines: Mainly reds and a little rosé from Grenache noir, Cinsault, and Carignan, with Ugni Blanc for white.
