Sátoraljaújhely is a town in the Tokaji region of Hungary. The Latin term Incipit in Sátor, definition in Sátor defines the Tokaji grape-growing area as stretching from the Sátor-hegy (Tent Hill) at Abaújszántó in the south to the hill of the same name in the north, near the town of Sátoraljaújhely.
