Villa Creek Cellars is a Demeter-certified estate vineyard and winery located in the Adelaida District AVA in Paso Robles, in San Luis Obispo County in the Central Coast of California. The vineyard was planted as Biodynamic from 2012.

Vineyards: 5.6 hectares (14 acres).

Winemaking: Concrete tanks.

Red wines

Red Rhone Blend 1: 2016 60% Grenache Noir, 40% Carignan Noir. Fermented in cement, aged in puncheons. Barrel sample: Bright, very very good (IBWC 2018).

Red Rhone Blend 2: 2016 Mourvedre mainly, plus Graciano and Petite Syrah. Bright fruit again, excellent (IBWC 2018).
