Tronto is a red grape variety native to Italy.
Where grown: In Campania in Southern Italy it grows on the Amalfi coast, especially around Furore, Positano, and Amalfi, and also around Naples.
Wines: Tronto is used in the blend of the following: Costa d’Amalfi DOC Rosso. | Costa d’Amalfi DOC Rosso, Furore. | Costa d’Amalfi Rosso, Ravello DOC. | Costa d’Amalfi Rosso, Tramonti.
Viticulture: Large sized compact bunches, with medium berries.
