Terry Kandylis MS | Head Sommelier at 67 Pall Mall in London (see sommeliers). He combined studying Physics at the University of Athens with work at leading restaurants in Greece, and wine study. He then moved to the UK, working for The Fat Duck restaurant in Bray whilst completing his WSET wine diploma. He completed the advanced level of the Court of Master Sommeliers exam, became Assistant Head Sommelier at The Ledbury and won the Sommelier South African Cup in 2013 (held in the UK). In 2015 Terry earned the title of Best Sommelier in Greece. In 2016 he won UK Sommelier of the Year Competition.
