Tenuta La Cipressaia is located in Montespertoli, about 20kms south-west of Florence. The main building is a big three story villa. It makes Chianti DOCG and Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG red wines.

Estate vineyards: 175 ha estate. 24ha of vines. Alberese soil.

Red wines

Toscano Rosso Borgoricco: Red wine.

Chianti DOCG:

Chianti dei Colli Fiorentini DOCG: 2003 90% Sangiovese, 10% Colorino. Very soft, light, whole berry style, clean, direct and very simple and quite soft too with possible signs of older wood (at Lanciola 18th March 2005).

Other activities: 40ha of olives. Laudemio olive oil and olive paste. Agritourism: Three appartments, one at a house in Via Romita, 55 in Montespertoli and it has two bathrooms. The second and third locations are at Via Ripa, 111 on the hills that overlook the Val di Pesa. One sleeps six.
