PIM PAM POOM / 100% Grenache Noir on limestone. / 2015 100% Grenache Noir. Whole clusters. Short, 5 day ferment. Nice fruit at the Real Wine Fair in Tobacco Dock 17-18th April 2016. /  2016 100% Grenache Noir. Bright, moreish fruit at the Real Wine Fair in Tobacco Dock 7-8th May 2017.

PRIORAT DOP « S » / 2014 70% GN, 30% Carignan Noir. 100% destemmed. 11m steel. Very bright at the Real Wine Fair in Tobacco Dock 17-18th April 2016. / 2015 50% each Grenache Noir and Carignan. Slate soils in four different villages.

PRIORAT DOP, TERRAM / 2014

PRIORAT DOP, PLANASSOS / Planassos is a named place in Grattallops. 850 metres (2,790 feet). Slate soils. 2014 Carignan Noir. Very good friuit expression at the Real Wine Fair in Tobacco Dock 7-8th May 2017.

PRIORAT DOP, LA PUJADA / 100% Carignan Noir from Planassos (see above) but on a mix of slate, granite, quartz soils. / 2014 3 barrels. Well done, creamy at the Real Wine Fair in Tobacco Dock 17-18th April 2016. / 2015 Denser, blacker fruit than the Planassos bottling, above at the Real Wine Fair in Tobacco Dock 7-8th May 2017.
