Rocca delle Macìe is an estate winery in the commune of Castellina-in-Chianti in the Chianti Classico DOCG region of Tuscany. In 1973 Italo Zingarelli realized his life-long dream of purchasing the ‘Macìe’ estate and transforming it into a winery . Italo’s children are Sandra, Fabio and Sergio. In 1985 Sergio became personally responsible for the worldwide distribution of the wines.
