Pipeno Santa Juama | From 200 year-old, dry-farmed Paìs vines ploughed by horse and worked by hand. The grapes are de-stemmed and naturally fermented via wild native yeasts. | 2015 Fermented in concrete vats, then aged in rauli oak vats. Nice fruit flavours followed by old wood notes at the Real Wine Fair in Tobacco Dock 2016.
