Rebo Rigotti, Italian botanist and researcher who graduated from and then worked for San Michele all’Adige in the Trentino–Alto Adige region of north-east Italy. This was where he created a number of grapevine crossings, the most successful of which was Incrocio 107–A, a Merlot x Teroldego crossing later renamed Rebo in his honour.
