RAW is a natural wine fair created by Isabelle Legeron MW in 2012. Legeron had previously co-organised the Natural Wine Fair in London in 2011 with Doug Wregg of Les Caves de Pyrène but they went their separate ways (Wregg’s re-branded version from 2012 was re-named the Real Wine Fair, also in London). Legeron subsequently rolled her RAW concept beyond the UK, creating RAW fairs in Berlin, Los Angeles, Montreal and New York City.
