Pelaverga Piccolo is a red wine grape native to Italy. It is also called Pelaverga di Verduno, being grown almost exclusively around  Verduno (near Barolo village). It is completely unrelated to Pelaverga Grosso.

Where grown: Piemonte It is only found in Piemonte, mainly around the towns of Verdunno and Rudi.

Viticulture: Medium small bunches, medium-sized berries.

Wine syle: Bright red on colour. Red berry and herbal aromas, flavours. Pleasant, no strong tannins, good acidity.
