Pearl  Morissette is a winery in the Niagara Peninsula VQA region of Ontario, in south eastern Canada. It was created by François Morissette, a Burgundy-trained French-Canadian vigneronne, and Mel Pearl, a Toronto developer.

Vineyards: 15ha (37 acres).

Biodiversity: The owners have Belted Galloway and Berkshire pigs (both are winter-hardy).

White wines

Chardonnay, Cuvée Dix-Neuvième Chardonnay: 2009 44mg/l sulfites.
