2015Rating ***** (five). Growing season Rainy and cold winter. Spring with high solar irradiation and windy. Below average rainfall. Dry, warm and sunny summer. Warm growing season, higher temperatures from April until the second week of September. July and August were dry, hot. he low humidity made it easy to control diseases. No water stress. Then very hot winds from early September. Low humidity. Mild, sunny September led to a rainy October which helped maturation. Healthy grapes. The weather was excellent overall, the sufficient rains between September and October rebalanced the grapes, especially in acidity during the last phase of ripening and harvest, but without any particular problems from a health point of view.

Winemaking: A very interesting year fwith complete ripening of the grapes and optimal health status. Average production of the territory. Grapes with excellent sugar concentrations and a good polyphenolic profile that will lead to wines of great structure and complexity. The prerequisites are those of an exceptional year.
