Minnella Bianca is a white wine grape variety native to Italy.

Where grown: Sicilia (Sicily): a rare variety grown almost exclusively on the slopes of the Etna volcano and very sporadically in the province of Enna.

Viticulture: Medium-large sized quite sparse bunches, with medium-large berries. Low vigour; abundant but irregular productivity. It is not particularly resistant, neither to spring frosts nor to common vine pests.

Wines: Etna DOC.
