Lambrusco Maestri is a member of the Lambrusco family, and is the most deeply coloured variety in the Lambrusco family.

Viticulture: Hardy, adaptable.

Vineyard area: Sharp increase in plantings from the early 2001, mainly at the expense of Lambrusco Marani.

Wine syle: Very fruity, creamy, immediately appealing grapey-bubblegum flavours allied to dark plum, black cherry, milk chocolate, candied violets. Works well with Lambrusco Salamino. Gives colour to Lambrusco di Sorbara.
