LAMBRUSCO MAESTRI, the most deeply coloured variety in the Lambrusco family.
VITICULTURE | Hardy, adaptable.
VINEYARD AREA | Sharp increase in plantings from the early 2001, mainly at the expense of Lambrusco Marani.
WINE STYLE | Very fruity, creamy, immediately appealing grapey-bubblegum flavours allied to dark plum, black cherry, milk chocolate, candied violets. Works well with Lambrusco Salamino. Gives colour to Lambrusco di Sorbara.
