Irouléguy AOC is a still rosé or red wine from 15 communes (listed below) around Saint-Jean Pied de Port near Biarritz in the heart of the Basque Country in South West France. The AOC area covers 1,200 hectares of land, all of which is in the the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department.

Wines

Irouléguy AOC Blanc: Courbu, Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu and Petit Manseng.

Irouléguy AOC Rosé: Mainly from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat. The following white varieties are also allowed: Courbu, Gros Manseng, Petit courbu Blanc, Petit manseng.

Irouléguy Rouge AOC: Mainly Cabernet Franc, Tannat. Cabernet Sauvignon is also allowed.
