Fattoria Il Noce di Ugo Arnò is an organic estate in Manduria in the Salento region of Puglia. It produces Primitivo di Manduria DOC. The Il Noce farm was founded in 1982 by Ugo Arnò. He started with making red Primitivo wines from his own organic grapes. He then also started making grape juice from his own grapes, training others to work organically, whilst offering accommodation on his organic farm.

Vineyards: 2.5ha of Primitivo on a 9ha estate. Both bush and wire-trained vines.

Other crops: Fruit juice. taralli, frise, wines.

Organic Certification: 1982 Certified organic AIAB).

Red wines

Puglia Rosso, Minnu Nueu: 1997 Vino da Tavola Rosso Primitivo. 15% alcohol.

Primitivo di Manduria DOC: 1998 15% alcohol.
